Yes. All development is carried out in development environments, totally separately to production. There is a staging environment that all changes are merged to, where the majority of integration testing occurs prior to any release to production. No direct changes can be carried out in the production environment and code review & testing takes place before any merge to production to ensure potential vulnerabilities are assessed before any release.

Yes. Data is classified into 4 key categories: Public data, Internal-only data, Confidential data, Restricted data. All data is treated as most restricted until and with least privilege principles applied. Identifiable, highly commercially sensitive or personal data are all treated as Confidential (meaning even internal access to the data requires authorization and clearance.) Employees are informed on how to classify and treat the data through internal documents and training. Accounts are restricted based on their level of access to the data categories.Our data classification is GDPR compliant.The data security team are responsible for frequent audits of user permissions across services used at Vitrue.

The organisations we work with usually operate as the Data Controller and users are the Data Subjects. Vitrue Health operates as the Data Processor when our product is used.

We’ve recently updated our product to cater for those who are expecting. There’s the option to tell VIDA if you’re pregnant in some of the final questions in the assessment, so please do. We’ll always keep this confidential between us and you and will not notify your employer.

You should always follow your medical professional's advice on working best practices. They know best! We hope VIDA provides some benefits but you should always consult a medical professional before making any health decisions during pregnancy.

If you indicate you have a high pain level or other health risk and VIDA recommends seeing a GP, physiotherapist or other health professional - please do this! VIDA is designed to guide you on how to be happier and healthier, but sometimes you just can't do that alone. VIDA is not a substitute for personalised medical advice from a professional who can understand your circumstances in more detail. If a medical professional gives you advice that conflicts with VIDA you should always follow their advice.

VIDA aims to closely monitor any musculoskeletal pain you may have and give you the tools to reduce it yourself. VIDA offers Pain Coach videos to help you manage your pain on a daily basis.

Collectively they're experts at assessing the body's position, posture and movements and analyzing those in computer models which build recommendations for any risks or issues that are detected.

End users have the same view when they log-in to see their results.

Yes. Access to data is strictly controlled in the secure backend using the securely logged in user's account. Only users associated with a given company AND given adminstrator status by the company may access any data associated with the company but not themselves. End users will only be given access to data associated with that user. Secure logins and encrypted back end communication is used to ensure this segregation.

Yes, we make our latest results available to all of our customers.

Customer data is stored in secure AWS RDS databases and processed on secure AWS servers in the U.K. by default.

We process user data to our secure servers. This usually includes name, gender, contact details and other use related data. We only process this data when assessing users.We also process organisation staff data who use Vitrue Health services. This usually includes organisation name, role, demographics, signatures and other use related data. See our privacy policy for details.

Your company will see who needs what equipment, key health & wellbeing risk insights and who has completed assessments - things that will help them to help you. They won't see personal health data such as how often you exercise, your age, smoking habits or weight. These factors are just used to better tailor the recommendations in your personalised report.

Unfortunately our algorithms require your camera to be in the center at the top of your screen. However you can easily skip this section and still get all of the other sections of the assessment.

Use VIDA to assess all your workspaces for personalised recommendations to improve your health in that workspace. We recommend VIDA is used at least once a quarter or every time you work from somewhere new!

VIDA Pain Coach allows you to select your pain area and gives you the tools to manage it yourself, whether the pain is work-related or not.

We map out points such as the tip of your nose, chin and ears and compare those dots to thousands of scans of other people. We then use our AI algorithm, created by our developers and in-house physiotherapists, to know what certain factors mean for your health and wellbeing.

Vitrue Health was founded in 2017. Our journey started with a product called EVVA, which was designed to help physiotherapists to assess their patients in clinics. This product is widely used in physio clinics, hospitals and elite sports teams in Europe, America and further afield.

Then 2020 happened. When companies were forced to close their office doors and employees started working from sofas and kitchen tables, we knew this would lead to a spike in musculoskeletal issues like back pain. VIDA’s assessment and recommendation algorithms have been designed by our in-house team of physiotherapists, osteopaths, biomechanists and psychology and ergonomics advisors. All recommendations are based on the latest peer reviewed, scientifically validated research.

VIDA is designed to be a tool to empower people to self-correct ways of working and have a healthier and happier employee experience. However, there will be some situations and challenges which cannot be self-corrected. In these cases, VIDA is not a replacement of personalised advice from a medical professional and should not be the primary solution for anyone who is pregnant or has serious health issues. Anyone in these groups should seek further guidance on how to minimise health risks. Anyone who has received advice from a medical professional who may have a more in-depth understanding of their circumstances and needs should follow their advice first and foremost.

There are different levels of access your team can have to VIDA.

Super Admins can view everyone’s results whereas Admins can only view the groups you give them permission to see. Users are end users who can only view their own results.

To set your team’s access levels in VIDA:

1. Hit your initials in the bottom left corner and select settings
2. Click ‘+ invite member’
3. Enter the details of the new admin(s)
4. Hit the drop-down on ‘role’ and select ‘Admin’ or ‘Super Admin’
