Reach’s previous compliance approach was not driving the MSK health and wellbeing impact they wanted to see.
The previous system wasn’t visibly helping employees or the Health & Safety team. It also created more admin than it solved.
At the same time, MSK referrals to Reach’s external occupational health specialist were happening almost every week, creating a recurring cost that continued to add up.
The solution
Reach rolled out VIDA to 3,566 employees. Within 12 months, the impact was clear across every stage of the chain.
VIDA helped employees complete their assessment and take practical follow-up actions independently, while giving Reach clearer visibility of MSK risk and employee engagement.
More than 3,000 self-directed health actions were completed beyond the core assessment, with 92% of employees taking at least one follow-up action independently.
