But before we jump into stretches or routines, there is one key idea that will make all the difference: consistency.
You might think the best results come from pushing hard or doing long sessions, but when it comes to improving flexibility, that is not the case. The real secret is doing a little bit every day.
Think of your body like a sponge. If you slowly and regularly apply water, it softens and becomes more pliable. But if you pour a full bucket all at once and then let it dry out for days, nothing really changes. Your muscles and joints respond in a similar way.
So today, just start. Do a few gentle stretches for your upper body. Roll your shoulders. Breathe into tight areas. And know that by showing up consistently, you are doing something powerful for your wellbeing.
