Structured self-help peer support groups aim to bring people together who can share their experiences and manage daily stresses. It is your chance to talk about your concerns, an opportunity to learn about how others in similar situations manage their symptoms and connect with people who know what it's like to feel the way you do.
- The Mental Health resources on the Disability Network page detail mental health at work guides and help for disclosed conditions. There are also e-modules in this section including how to have sensitive conversations with colleagues.
- The peer to peer support network – A confidential service connecting colleagues who may benefit from a friendly, supportive listener with similar experiences. Informal chats can be set up over a virtual cup of tea. Email DisabilityNetwork@ebrd.com for more information.
