You are someone who moves. But after a run of draining weeks, even the training you usually look forward to can start to feel like one more thing to drag yourself to. When your energy is already spent, the real question is how to keep it going in a way that restores you rather than empties the tank further.
Being active is one of the better things you can do during a stressful stretch at work, but it helps to know that training and work pressure draw on the same reserves. Your body recovers from a hard session and a hard week in much the same way, so when both run high at once, that recovery can start to lag behind. If every workout is a push on top of an already draining job, you can end up more depleted rather than less. Noticing that overlap is what lets you keep moving without running yourself down.
On the days work has flattened you, it is easy to slip into all or nothing, either forcing a full session or skipping it entirely. There is a lot of room in between, and a lighter version almost always beats nothing. Turning the intensity down protects the habit and still gives you the parts that help most, like moving, getting outside, or clearing your head.
You could try:
Not every session has to be an effort, and when work is heavy, gentler movement can do more for you than another hard push. Easy walks, mobility work, swimming or something like yoga help your body settle and give your mind a break from performing. Building a few of these in is often what keeps the whole thing sustainable through a busy period.

Your body tends to tell you when the balance has tipped, if you leave room to listen. Broken sleep, a heavy tiredness that rest does not shift, dreading sessions you normally enjoy, or feeling more run down than usual are all worth taking as information rather than something to push through. Easing back when those show up is the stronger choice, not the soft one, and it usually means you return to it sooner.
