Lower body flexibility programme
Flexibility is a form of self-care

Reaching the end of a flexibility programme can feel like ticking off a goal, and that is worth celebrating. But real flexibility is not something you finish. It is something you return to, again and again, because your body is always changing.

Flexibility is not about touching your toes once and being done. It is about listening to your body, paying attention to what feels tight or tense, and choosing to move in ways that feel good and supportive.

This is not a test of willpower or discipline. It is an act of care. Each time you stretch, pause or breathe into a stiff spot, you are showing your body that it matters. You are choosing connection over force. Presence over performance.

Here is what that can look like:

The more regularly you practise, the easier it becomes. But the real win is not in how far you can reach. It is in how well you know and respond to your own body.

So treat flexibility as a form of self-care. Keep moving, keep checking in and keep showing up, not because you have to, but because your body deserves it.
