We’re a fast moving startup (and an alumni of the world's leading startup accelerator - Techstars) developing technology to change the way that we assess and treat patients with musculoskeletal conditions.

At any point in time around 70% of people are trying to recover from serious injuries like falls, torn acls and even joint replacements while technology does nothing to help. Clinicians rely on eyesight and self reported measures to plan treatment. (Statistically you should know how it feels!)


At Vitrue Health we're using the latest in computer vision technology to provide quantitative and accurate data to improve clinical decisions and bring a data-driven, predictive and preventative healthcare model to physiotherapy.

We're an award winning digital health startup focused on dramatically improving patient outcomes and satisfaction across the musculoskeletal healthcare system. When we say across the system we really mean it, we're working with premier league football teams, leading preventative health screening providers, orthopaedic surgeons and workplace wellbeing providers.

Our technology stack

We use the latest in computer vision, body tracking and motion capture technology to deliver our products. You'll have the opportunity to work with cutting edge tech including:

  • Vue.js for web development

  • C# ASP.Net Core

  • C# .Net Core for native desktop application

  • Swift & Unity for iOS

  • AWS, Lambda, RDS

  • Computer vision tech including:

    • full Vicon motion capture system

    • latest Lidar tech

    • 2D webcam tracking

The role

  • Participate in building a new product from the ground up.

  • Write and maintain clean code to measure, analyse, rate and display complex biomechanical movements

  • Drive key architectural decisions  throughout development of new features while accommodating a growing user base and supporting multiple applications (elite sports, orthopaedics, preventative health screening)

  • Actively participate in product development and iteration within a multidisciplinary team from UI/UX concept work to clinical validation and implementation.

  • Participate in knowledge sharing sessions helping the whole team to grow personally and professionally

  • Opportunity to work with internal and external clinical partners to ensure clinical excellence in everything we build

  • Work with biomechanics experts to validate our technology and ensure gold standard accuracy

You must

  • Have 3-6 years experience

  • Be mission-driven and care about positively impacting the lives of billions

  • Be curious and have a passion for coding

  • Be looking for ownership and are excited about quality, efficiency and effectiveness

  • Be excited by change and a fast-paced learning environment

  • Love solving problems, and relish in the constant challenges a startup throws your way.     

  • Be an excellent communicator with the ability to translate complex to simple, bringing your ideas to life.     

  • Be engaged, when you see something not working, you'll flag it and be part of the solution

You may

  • Have experience in digital health related industry

  • Have an interest in sports, fitness or wellness
